We provide the following services:

1. Made to Measure Limited Companies
   We will form a Limited Company with your own choice of name. This normally takes under two weeks. Scottish, English/Welsh and Northern Ireland Companies are available.
   Cost: £90.

2. Off the Shelf Limited Companies
   We will sell you a Limited Company which we have already formed but which has never traded. There is no choice of names other than those we have in stock. This is a same day service. Not available for Northern Ireland Companies.
   Cost: £95.

3. Made to Measure PLCs
   We will form a PLC with your own choice of name. This normally takes under two weeks. Scottish, English/Welsh and Northern Ireland PLCs are available.
   Cost: £100.

4. Same Day Special Formations
   We will form a Limited Company or PLC with your own choice of name. This service takes two hours but is only available for Scottish Companies. For the same fee, we can undertake an expedited formation service for English/Welsh Companies, but this will be subject to postal delays. Nevertheless, we would expect the company number to be available on the following business day although it might take several days for the Certificate of Incorporation to be available.
   Cost: £295.

5. Company Secretarial Services
   1. Basic Package
      • Our nominee company Company Services will act as Joint Company Secretary.
      • We will maintain your Company Registers in accordance with the Companies Acts.
      • We will prepare and file all Companies House Forms such as 88(2). 123, 224, 287, 288 etc.
      • We will prepare and file the Annual Return of the Company. Our fee includes the £18 filing fee.
      • We will file Elective Resolutions to minimise the amount of formal meetings which the Shareholder(s) are required to have.
      Cost: £150 for the first year, £100 per year thereafter.
   2. Dormant Package
      For the non-trading company, this service includes everything in the Basic Package as described above plus:
      • We will prepare and file a Resolution of Dormancy with the Registrar of Companies.
      • We will prepare and file a Dormant Balance Sheet with the Registrar of Companies.
      Cost: £160 for the first year, £75 per year thereafter.

6. Registered Office Facility
   In addition to our Secretarial Packages, we can also provide a Registered Office Facility (for Scottish Companies only).
   • We will redirect all mail to you promptly.
   • If required, we will hold your Statutory Registers for public inspection.
   Cost: £50 per year (reduced by £10 if you also take a Company Secretarial Package).

7. Accountancy and Auditing Services
   To comply with Company Law, every company that is trading has to keep proper accounting records of all its transactions. Although the Annual Accounts of smaller companies no longer have to be audited by a Registered Auditor, it is still a good idea to take professional advice before submitting accounts to the Inland Revenue.
