From the moment she appeared on stage, looking like the Artful Dodger in a beaten up black top hat and velveteen jacket, Karen had us hyperventilating with laughter. Playing on colloquialisms, Karen is naturally and effortlessly hilarious with her throwaway comments and comical observations on every-day life. In her broadest West Coast accent, she crassly muses over the smoking ban, spit roastings and spitting on Glenn Close! She has a personality that any audience will immediately warm to, and crosses social boundaries to relate to everyone.
