Kay (Kay999@lycos.com) Sun Jul 21 22:16:03 BST 2002: Scotsgay.com is always a great resource and starting point, along with an interesting point for gossip, so I'm really thankful for all the work that's done each month but I'm somewhat dissappointed in the lack of bisexual women's presence on Scotsgay. Chicken or the egg, cart or the wheel, I'm not sure which. On a side note, Though I'm a Chinese American, I'm often in Scotland and last year's Glasgay and this year's Pride were a bit dissappointing, the club scene as well. It's great that there's a strong enough lesbian active community to participate on and offline but it would be nice if it could accomodate bisexual women preferences and tastes. I've talked with a few other bisexuals in Glasgow and that was the impression they shared with me, including my own experience. Bisexual women seem to be relegated to men's fantasys, magazines and occasional random occurances, rather than enjoying the tolerance and growing acceptance that the gay community has been enjoying.
